2	For English, please hold. For Chinese, press 2
3	Press 2 for Credit Card Services
4	Press 2 for Credit Card Rewards Redemption
5	Press 1 to redeem your Credit Card Rewards. You will hear a message - "Welcome to Standard Chartered Credit Cards Rewards Redemption"
6	Press 1 for Rewards Redemption
7	Key in your 16-digit Standard Chartered Principal Card Number
8	Press 1 and key in the 6-digit Reward Code
9	To confirm, Press 1 and enter the quantity required followed by the '#' key. To re-enter, Press 2
10	To confirm your redemption and complete the process, Press 1

 

You will receive a voucher for every reward redeemed within 10 working days by mail to your billing address.
